This outcome confirms that our collective request for accountability was effective. We will remain observant to ensure the club follows through with these promises to the membership.

Petition to the Cutters Board of Directors
We are members of Cutters Soccer Club, concerned parents in the Cutters community, and concerned members of the Bloomington soccer community at large.
It has come to our attention that the Cutters Soccer Club Board of Directors annual election for vacant seats and sitting members should have been held in June of 2020, but was postponed and has not been rescheduled.
We are calling for an election to be held immediately.
We also request transparency in this election which requires full membership notice about the available board positions, the candidates, and the election procedures.

The gathering momentum behind this call for an election has reached a level that the Board can no longer ignore. It is clear that the community expects accountability and a return to the standard governance procedures defined in our bylaws.

Parent of an 05 player and volunteer. This organization is too important to our community to not be ran responsibly.
Parent of 2 soccer players. Need more transparency of board actions and meetings. The parents should receive an invitation to the meetings and the minutes should also be available. The board includes volunteer members who should serve our kids interest, not personal ones.
Parent of 2 players. Former coach in Rec program. Very concerned about the lack of transparency of the board, about the recent resignation of Mike Nofosky and about the few that I heard of the process by which he is being replaced. Cutters board should not sbe manipulated to serve someone's personal thirst of power and domination.
I am a parent, volunteer, the former director of the Community Soccer program, former rec and Travel coach, and the founder of the outreach program. I am concerned about the lack of transparency in the Board’s operations over the last two years.
I am very concerned about Michaels resignation and some recent actions I’ve heard about the board. I would like open elections and transparency on what’s going on with the club.
