To the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate: We the undersigned demand that every line item of the 2012 U.S. Budget be examined for the purpose of identifying and eliminating programs, sub-programs, grants, etc. that do not serve a Constitutional or public purpose. Every nickel of spending remaining must be able to stand on its own in the light of day, and everyone voting for the final budget should be and will be held accountable for every program. We will not be satisfied with a fraction of a percent being found, since we know that much, much more garbage than that has crept into the Budget over the years, and then is simply carried on from year to year.
