WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, demand the removal of obscene, vulgar, and sexual adult-oriented products from places accessible to children in the Empire Mall in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
In particular; we ask that Spencer’s be prohibited from selling sexual adult-oriented products, pornography, and vulgar clothing; or Spencer’s implement a strict policy prohibiting anyone under the age of 18 from being exposed to, shown, given access to, or allowed to purchase these items; or Spencer’s be removed from the Empire Mall.
Unless this demand is met within a reasonable time, we are prepared to boycott the Empire Mall and all of its tenants until this problem is resolved.

my kids dont need to see that junk when we are just trying to buy shoes. take it down or we arent coming back to the mall period.
