The residents of Ogden Dunes were forced to let the Town become the middle man with our garbage service without any input from Town residents. They told us it was being done as a cost saving measure for us, the customers. What has transpired is anything but a cost savings for town residents. If we were to purchase garbage service directly from Able Disposal today it would cost us $43 per quarter,(as per quote Sept. 6 2013). OgdenDunes residents are paying $76.00 per quarter. The time has come to take the Town out as middle man to our garbage collection. Have your voice heard. sign the petition and get the ball rolling!
