Seeing the momentum grow is draining in a way I did not anticipate, but it proves people are finally paying attention to this crisis. I am exhausted by the slow pace of change, yet this response gives me reason to push through the next phase.

I am only 12 but I care about this. I don’t want to raise my kids by reading books about monkeys and birds; I want to be able to show them.

Its honestly heartbreaking to see all those orangutans losing there homes just for cheap snacks. We really need to do better.
