Customers no longer supporting Community Natural Foods

I am very sad and disappointed. This was my favorite store since 1990's. We spend a lot of money there, and never miss a week. As much as it will be inconvenient for us to stop shopping at the Community store, we will have to. Seeing the guard tucked in the entrance and the sign outside of the store is enough. Freedom is everything and we absolutely have to fight for that. I am heartbroken...but will have to shop elsewhere.

You are breaking the face covering by-law and discriminating against handicapped people. I am a 25+ year customer. Good bye!

How do these people at CNF have any dignity or integrity?

Masking is the dichotomy of a healthy lifestyle. All these masking confrontations are really keeping us all safe! Have fun inhaling tiny fibres, funguses and bacteria deep into your lungs and tell me how that works out for ya.

Shame. That is all I can say. You are a HEALTH store! You promote healthy eating, a strong immune system to battle illness, supersets and exercise. SHAME ON YOU, for not allowing mask exemptions. I will never step foot in your store again.

Not shopping there anymore

Seriously disappointed it has come this this CNF. It's time to change your name. "Anti-Community Natural Foods" would be more appropriate.

Lost my business

So sick of this. I won’t be supporting any business who is discriminating against mask exemptions

Trying to force masks on people with medical exemptions and you call yourself a HEALTH store?? Never get my business again.

I've been a consistent and loyal customer to CNF since 1993 when I moved to Calgary (28 years). Even as other health food stores appeared in Calgary, I supported CNF because they were the pioneers in Calgary and they modelled their values of health for people and planet. I understand that this is a complex situation for businesses and this whole mask situation is heated on both sides. I'm surprised CNF is playing along so throughly with the mainstream narrative and not standing up for the rights and values of health freedom for their customers. Quite a contradiction for what I've experienced as a customer all these years. I am definitely taking my business else where.

discrimination and your values don't line up with human values. You have hired security officers to intimidet and create anxiety for individuals who are also navigating different hardship . You sign should be promoting respect , integrity and by law you must accommodate every person.

So disappointed. I support stores who treat all people with respect and this store is no longer one of them. When they brought in a security guard to become the mask police I was shocked. This is a store who promotes natural living and advertises to the wholistic community. Turns out their actions don’t line up with their supposed values. Good bye Community Natural Foods.
