You're meant to stand for health and wellness, you should be ashamed of such blatant compliance with tyranny! I'll never spend my money there again!

I know other wholistic and health stores that are respecting a person's right not to wear a mask. I will support them. I used to like Community Natural Foods but I will never spend a penny of my money there again, since they have proven to be disrespectful and draconian.

Even Co-op's sign says "unless exempt" or something to that effect. Granted, it still more boldly states essentially the same I believe, or something like "no mask, no entry"... BUT exemptions are included below in smaller print. Get it together "Community"...

not only do masks not work, they are dangerous, unconstitutional and frankly demoniac.

I will no longer support stored that discriminate against those with medical and mental health conditions. My money will be spent at stores who are inclusive to all humans.

Health stores should honour health exemptions. Period!

Please, can we all connect to come up with better ways to get our food? I receive deliveries from a farm every 4-6 weeks and think we could all work together to create something amazing. Let's use this as an opportunity!!!

Is this a health food store or what? Do they have any idea what health really is?

I have a medical exemption and depend on a supplement that I used to purchase at Community Natural foods along with some other specific health related items. I'll find an online source now. I can see where the decision comes from but I can't stand by it and accept the new rules because the policy is discriminatory. Kind of like Rosa Parks' situation... "sure, you can ride the bus, just not here, among the white people." Since when does "exempt" mean "unworthy"?

People shop here because they are making informed choices about their health. As such, we reject the covid narrative and understand these measures (including masking) to be an unjustified assault on our way of life. If Community Naturals has chosen to abide in this assault then we hereby choose to stop supporting you. I understand you may risk fines but WE ALL risk losing our future by laying down our rights for this false narrative.

I emailed them and told them I will be boycotting their business until the mask exemption policy is put back in place. This is discrimination. The government and businesses do not decide how I take care of my health. Masking healthy people is a medical treatment experiment that I want no part of.

I will not be made to feel like a lesser person just because I stand up for myself and my rights.

This is very upsetting to hear and very discriminating! How can you possibly do this?? So you’re willing to lose customers and paycheques over this as your numbers drop?? Do you not stop and think that people who are healthy due to supporting your business generally see the health implications of masks AND also know how ineffective masks are? Maybe do some research and see that back to the Spanish flu, those who died were only mask wearers...they died of bacterial pneumonia. You along with several other stores are why history will repeat itself! Wake up and don’t lose customers! They want small businesses to close down and hurt through this so-called crisis! You will be next to close down if you do lose customers due to being boycotted from all who can not wear a mask or are smart enough not to damage their brain cells and lungs! I used to support you guys but I can no longer do so until you guys fight back against tyranny!!!

It's not your job to enforce bylaws. It's not your job to police customers. It is not your job to discriminate against customers with non-visable conditions.

Discrimination against a customer for a disability is unlawful. It contravenes federal and provincial discrimination laws. You're setting yourself up for prosecution. Consult a lawyer before arbitrary policies like this.
