Customers is always right is a statement that is highly praised, when relating to customer service...true, but to what extent? Are some customers "always right," when they're verbally, and sometimes, physically, assaulting to employees. Is it fair to the employee, to be subjected to such cruelty? Feeling their lives could be threaten, for making a living? C'mon! This is another form of human brutality. I truly believe a law should be pass to protect the well being of our hard working class citizens. Please join me to bring awareness for a change, to this pressing matter. Thank you.
