to whom it may corcern i patrick don being the father of zyriyah wimberly and patrick wimberly iam a petitioner in this matter may 14 2013 im trying to petition this matter to get custady of my children zyriyah and patrick wimberly because of the fact my children are in a unsanatary home on november 18 2012 my daughter zyriyah wimberly entered the hospital in camden arkansas for a bacterial infection in her blood which comes from uncleanleyness on december 21 2012 i seen my child patrick inside of walmart with his aunte soiled pamper full of urin and poop on april  8 2013 in lincoln center i witnessed my children the both of the with no shoes my son no panths but a tank top and no soxs and my duaghter with only a shirt and diaper on  my son had such a stintch to him to were when i had asked the mother whats goin on she sat and laughed at my so i asked why isent he changed she told me to buy him some when i pay child suppot and anothe woman seen my son and stoped what she was doing and took him to her home and gave him a bath changed his diaper and cleaned his bottle because of the odder and uncleanness of the bottle on may 1 2013 in lincoln center i witnessed my son drinking out of a beer can bud light so i asked the mother and she said nothing but look away from me and laugh like patrick was funny for his acts and what he was doingmay 7 and 8 2013 my children were unclean in walmart pampers full of unclinseyness zyriyah had urin on my arm when i held her on may 7 inside of wallmart ther were unproper clothed and on terrica wimberly the mothers house is unsanitary diappers all over the house bugs and roaches infested in her hom my son came out to me on april 29 2013 outside eating a pealing of a bannanna hungry so i asked the mother terrica wimberly  could i take my son patrick and spend a few hours with him because she refuses to allow him to stay over night  i took him to mcdonalds and he ate like he never had a meal stuffing his mouth full of food zyriyah has red marks such as bruses on the top of he head and i ask could my children stay with my for a night may 1 2013 because they dont have beds they sleep on on there on or period she terrica wimberly responds to me no so i visited my children at their mothers house may  soiled hungry didnt have the proper clothing on just tops no bottoms only shirts and no soxs only diapers its like this all the time patricks hair was matted to his head i pulled grass from his head like hes infested withe garbage faces are nasty eyes are mattered like she dosent wash their faces in the morning snoat running down their face dryed up residue also i am just worryed for the well being of my childrens life and the unsantaryness of the home they live in its unproper and unsanatary for the well being of patrick and zyriyah wimberly her vechile she drives crazy all the time with my children only in seat bealts like their grown enough to sit on thier on they crawl on the floor in the nastyness of old food cloths and trash inside of her terrica wimberlys car she drives around town all times of the night looking for who ever with my children speed to excessive limits chaseing other guys im just worryed for the unsaftyness of my children and the unsanataryness of the well being is my most concern dhs has been involved before this petition took place
