I HAVE WATCHED AND PRAYED WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY HAVE FACED THESE CIRCUMSTANCES SINCE THE BEGINNING. THIS BABY NEEDS TO BE WITH HIS GRANDPARENTS AND TO BE PROTECTED FROM THE RISK OF FURTHER HARM. PLEASE PUT HIM IN THE SAFETY OFF THE HOME OF THE GRANDPARENTS

let baby Andrew go home with his grandparents,Charles and Cynthia!! He deserves to go home with his loved ones. The ones that have been with him through all of his recovery since the beginning. Everyday they've been there by his side.

I think it is best that Cynthia and Charles Owen be granted guardianship of baby Andrew. This precious baby deserves a fighting chance with grandparents who adore him.
