There is no reason the birth mother should have custody of this child if she is still with the "boy" who did this horrible thing to this sweet baby. She hasn't even been by the baby's side so that should also tell you that she really doesn't care! Praying grandparents get this beautiful boy!

I have been following Baby Andrew for a while now. He has been through so much. Please do not put in danger again by sending him with his mother (who does not show that she even cares). This precious angel needs to be in the loving home with his grandparents.
