This baby deserves to be with people who LOVE him, will CARE for him. Anyone can be a mother but it takes a real women to be a MOM. Baby Andrew stole many peoples hearts. We love and pray for Andrew and his family .

We are all his family now. He is better off in the care of nanny and papa who will be there to protect him from anything in harm's way. We all love u Andrew.

Cynthia and Charles Owens have been by Andrews side since day 1. It is through them that Andrew has a future. I, and thousands of others, watched and waited and prayed and cried over Andrew and his battle to live. Any real mother would have been there, and would have sought justice for her child. Not abandon him for a man that nearly killed the child she carried for 9 months and should have been protecting. I believe it is in the best interest of Andrew, and everyone involved, that he be released fully to his maternal grandparents, Cynthia and Charles Owens.

Baby Andrew's grandparents have been with him day and night from day one of this terrible tragedy. His mother sides with his abuser and has only seen him four times. Let Baby Andrew stay with people who truly love and care about him.

I've been following this amazing little boy and his grandparents. it's obvious that his grandparents love him dearly and they have been and will be there for him every step of the way. He will be a very happy and safe baby if his grandparents are granted parental rights. PLEASE give baby Andrew a chance at a wonderful life, he's already had a very rough start. Thank you
