Baby Andrew belongs with his grandparents Cynthia & Charles. They will provide the best care & love for Baby Andrew who is suffering & trying to recover from abuse at the hands of the mothers fiance. Do not put Baby Andrew back in the same situation. Don't give them another chance, next time they could kill him. If the mom has only been to hospital 4 times since this occurred all I see his momma doing at home is neglecting him. Which he will be needing extra special care when he gets home. Please make the right decision . Place this sweet boy with his nanny & papa.

Please Let Baby Andrew get his Justice. Put him in the home of his grandparants Cynthia and Charles Owens. They have been with him since day one . Do not put him back with his mother who is standing beside the abuser. He needs to be in a safe home which is with his grandparents
