Anyone who can stand by someone who does this and especially the one who done this to baby andrew they are all monsters. They deserve no part of his life. Give him to the ones who can, want to and will always be there to give him the love, attention and safety he needs.

This baby needs to be protected for his own safety. His grandparents have been there to love and help this baby. He is going to need a life long treatment and this babys mother does not deserve to have him

This baby does not need to be released to it's mother or the monster she is with. This baby deserves to with it's grand parents to where Andrew can be fully loved and protected. If Andrew goes back to them he may not be so lucky to live the next time.
