Charles & Cynthia have been there from the beginning for Andrew they are wonderful Grandparents & Godly Grandparents they would nebver ever harm him in any way they Love Andrew & will protect him from all Harm.

That Savannah still has "rights" amazes me. Charles and Cynthia Owens are Andrews voice. That they have to "consult" with Savannah to make decisions for Andrew is ludacris at best and absolutely cruel at worst. There is no question where Andrew should be or who puts his best interests before all else. It would be a travisty for Andrew to be returned to Savannah. Should he be returned to her, or she continue to make decisions for him, when Andrew is hurt again, and we all know he would be, the responsibilty for whatever happens to him is the responsibility of those in the system who did not protect him. Andrew is truly a MIRACLE, don't ask him to be a MIRALE twice.

please give Andrew to his grandparents, i'm scared if u give him back to his mom this will happen again and this time he might not be so lucky.his mom don't care for him she only thinks about her self what she wan'ts.and plus if u give him back u all know the mom will still have the daddy to see him, and u know where that's going to go. please give him to his grandparents so he could be safe and have someone who loves him and could be there for him. I love u baby Andrew u hang in there and good job grandparents.

please give complete and permanent custody of Baby Andrew to his grandparents Cynthia and Charles Owens and take away his mother's parental rights forever, Savannah Porter. She does not deserve to ever see him again especially since she is with his accuser and they have plans to be married. This baby deserves someone who loves him and has stood by him since day one of his SBS.

She does not deserve to ever see him again especially since she is with his accuser and they have plans to be married.
