No one deserves to raise Andrew more than Charles and Cynthia Owens! They have been by his side from day 1. If Andrew goes home wirh his mother, we are concerned for his saftey! Andrews mom stands by the charged abuser, please allow the Owens to take FULL PRIMARY CUSTODY for Andrews saftey!!

Andrew needs to be in a safe and loving environment with his GRANDPARENTS (The Owen Family). The fact that his mother has only visited him in the hospital FOUR times since December 9, 2014 and chooses to still be with her boyfriend (Andrew's abuser) is quite disturbing. As the mother of a three year old, if my child was injured and admitted to the hospital, I would be there EVERY DAY, just like Andrew's grandparents have been. Please grant Mr. and Mrs. Owens custody of Andrew.

Andrew needs to be in a safe and loving environment with his GRANDPARENTS (The Owen Family). The fact that his mother has only visited him in the hospital FOUR times since December 9, 2014 and chooses to still be with her boyfriend (Andrew's abuser) is quite disturbing. As the mother of a three year old, if my child was injured and admitted to the hospital, I would be there EVERY DAY, just like Andrew's grandparents have been. Please grant Mr. and Mrs. Owens custody of Andrew.

Hope Andrews grandparents get custody of him and hes not sent home with his mom and abuser. Ive been following Andrews story and page since day 1 and im glad he is making progress and recovering.

The "mother" is very obviously not concerned with Andrew's welfare. She not only stands by Andrew's alleged abuser, but she has only visited him 4 times in the hospital. What kind of mother doesn't give up her entire existence to be there with their child that has been injured? What kind of mother publicly defends the animal that did this to defenseless Andrew? His Nanny and Papa (Cynthia and Charles Owens) deserve the chance to give Andrew a safe and loving life. Remove parental custody from the mother who couldn't keep her son safe, and has no interest in his healing or progress.
