if the grandparents can keep the parents at a no contact status, they should be granted custody. they have been at the hospital with that baby the entire time. a lot of grandparents are raising the grand children now days.

This is Andrews second chance, a second chance to be loved and taken care of. His grandparents and by the grace of God are giving him a second chance at life, to not allow what happened to him to define him, and to not allow this to happen again. His mother failed him, his grandparents are not. He's a miracle baby, and he deserves a miracle. Please, help give him his second chance, love him enough to do that for him like his grandparents are.
