His grandparents have been by his side from day one. this little boy deserves to be protected and I know his grandparents will do this to the fullest. God bless!

It's plain to see who should raise and care for Andrew. His grandparents has not left his side. From what I see and have read his mother doesn't care the way she should and can't care for him and keep him safe.

we are a family that is part of Andrew's warriors and have been watching him blossom we are for what's BEST for Andrew he needs to be with Charles and Cynthia Owens for they have seen him at his worst and have made more sacrifices to be there for him (Andrew) WE stand with them ( Charles and Cynthia Owens) and pray that the courts and judges see that for the welfare of Andrew is to be with his Nanny and Papa
