The grandparents have been with this precious baby since the beginning of this horrific and tragic crime...we are very worried that this sweet baby would be in unsafe hands if it were to be back with his mother. With concern of the safety of baby Andrew it is my honsafetbelief that his rightful place is in the custody of his grandparents. It is my belief that his biological mother does not have the maturity nor judgment to insure baby Andrews safety nor ensure his best interests. The love and devotion displayed by the grandparents speaks volumes to the kind of successful and healthy future he could have in their care. National statistics state that an offender of abuse is likely to repeat the act and the mother choosing to move forward in marriage to the suspected offender is of great concern to me. I hope that my voice like the many others on this petition is heard and given great consideration. Thank you for your time and careful consideration.
