This innocent child endured a traumatic experience while in the hands of his mother's bf. She and the boyfriend prove to be unfit. This child deserves nothing more than to be loved and taken care of. Please, he belongs with his grandparents. The one's who have been by his side daily. God bless.

Please grant baby Andrew's Custody to the hands of Cynthia and Charles Owens. And deny savannah and Austin's custody .. Please Austin needs more harsh sentencing then just a small amount of time In jail and a $5,000 bond He needs to suffer big consequences for what he has done!! Andrew deserves to have a better life !!
