if his grandparents are by his side and obviously the mother is still standi.g by the abuser makes perfect sense to give guardianship to the grandparents to ensure the mother doesn't put him back in harm with the accused abuser again

This miracle baby needs to be with his grandparents who have been by his side through this difficult time.This proves that his grandparents will protect him no matter what.And since the mom is back around the abuser who is to say it won't happen again.The poor baby.
