he belongs with his grandparents!!! As hard as all this has and will be on them, they haven't once given up! He needs a safe and stable environment!! Please God grant nanny and papa take this baby home and give him the love and care he deserves!!

Andrew needs to be with his grandparents, not with his mother. His mother is still standing by the man who nearly killed him. She has not been involved at all in his recovery. Her rights to Andrew should be terminated, and Cynthia & Charles Owens, Andrew's grandparents, should get sole legal and physical custody.

Andrew needs to be with his grandparents, not with his mother. His mother is still standing by the man who nearly killed him. She has not been involved at all in his recovery. Her rights to Andrew should be terminated, and Cynthia & Charles Owens, Andrew's grandparents, should get sole legal and physical custody.

I believe that baby Andrew should be with his grandparentsnot his mother today a loud today harm like this again there's no sense in any child ever being hurt especially in the boyfriends care

Baby Andrew deserves the world. Anyone in there right mind knows that sending him back with those MONSTERS is a mistake, a horrible and as already shown nearly a deadly mistake. Do what's right for this sweet angel and give full custody to nana and Pappa. She obviously has made her choice. She doesn't deserve to even look at him!!

Please grant custody of Baby Andrew to his Grandparents, Charles & Cynthia Owens. They haven't left his side since they recieved the call that he was hospitalized & the terrible condition he was in. They are the ones that cried & prayed & begged God to lay his Healoing Hands on Andrew. His mother has made it clear that she is standing by the evil, vile trash that hurt this poor baby so if custody isn't granted to the grandparents, I fear for this child's life. It is not who gives birth to a child but who loves, protects & nutures the child. Please grant full physical & legal custody of Andrew to Charles & Cynthia Owens.
