this precious miracle needs to be with people that are going to love and protect him....Charles and Cynthia have been by baby Andrews side from the beginning keeping us updated and watching over this sweet miracle....he needs these two to have a fighting chance at life and they need him as well....hoping they get baby Andrew for keeps....

please do not send this little one back to an unstable life. I see this in my line of work everyday, and the damage that it does to the children. We adults are these small precious angels voice..let it be strong and say no to child abuse!!!
