Baby Andrew deserves to be with people who love him; such as his Grandparents. They alhave been there since day one when all this started. Not once; have I seen the biological mother in the postings. Or even the fact that she stated her child as 'that/the child'. As a mother of three; that shows she does not have any future obligation to being a mother. Therefore; she does not deserve 'sole custody' of Andrew. That is why I am signing this petition. Based on what I have read and observed.

Baby Andrew deserves to be with people who love him; such as his Grandparents. They alhave been there since day one when all this started. Not once; have I seen the biological mother in the postings. Or even the fact that she stated her child as 'that/the child'. As a mother of three; that shows she does not have any future obligation to being a mother. I am fearful of Andrews well being and his life if his mother maintains custody or him. His nana & papa have been by his side ever since this happened to him. I truly feel it is in Andrews best interest if Charles and Cynthia Owen were to have full permanent custody of baby Andrew.
