please give Nana and Papa Charles full custody of Baby Andrew he deserves to live a full life... dnt put his life in danger in the arms of his mother n her boyfriend she doesn't care.. the 2 angels by his side Cynthia and Charles have been by his side 24/7.. any mother who would still be with a man who abused their child doesn't deserve to be in that child's life. I don't understand how some could do this to a child. It breaks my heart every te I hear stories of kids being neglected abused or put in situations that is completely out of their control
