I would like to see baby Andrew go to his grandparents because they love him and can provide a safe and loving home for him. They have proven their love for him by being at his side at the hospital from the very first day. This baby needs a stable home where he is out of harm and his mom never gave him that. I pray that even with counciling she is NEVER allowed to get her baby back and that IF she ever gets to visit him in the future, it is with the grandparents there to protect him. He has been responding to his grandparents. Please give him to his loving grandparents and give them FULL CUSTODY..... Thank you.

This child needs to be with the grandparents where he will be safe! It's clear the mother doesn't care about the child's safety.
