If he goes back to the "mother" there is no guarantee this child will be safe and cared for. She's still with the guy who did it to him!

The bio Mother should lose all parental rights to Andrew due to the fact that she is not standing beside her baby during his fight for life, and decided it is better to stand beside a man who very clearly abused her son as he was the only one in the presence of the baby when he was abused. When the time comes and the guy drops her like a hot potato, which it will come as he is young and dumb, she will proceed on to another low class guy with just as low morals and will repeat the pattern shown now, a guy comes first in her world at any expense.

The bio Mother should lose all parental rights to Andrew due to the fact that she is not standing beside her baby during his fight for life, and decided it is better to stand beside a man who very clearly abused her son as he was the only one in the presence of the baby when he was abused. When the time comes and the guy drops her like a hot potato, which it will come as he is young and dumb, she will proceed on to another low class guy with just as low morals and will repeat the pattern shown now, a guy comes first in her world at any expense.

The safest place for Andrew to be with is his Grandma Cynthia & Grandpa Charles. It would be inhuman to send him back into evil arms. Pleaee dont allow this to happen
