This little boy needs to be with his caring grandparents. The people who have stayed by his side since the day he was hospitalized. A mother who would condone the behavior of abuse toward her child, is not mature enough to handle a child and should not be given custody. She's been to see him 4 times since being hospitalized nearly a month. This is not an ok situation. He needs to be with people who have shown him that they love him and have stuck by his side. That would be his grandparents.

I think it's sick the the justice system is allowing an girl, to still have custody of her newborn baby, that she has already allowed a sick man, an abuse, to almost kill her on flesh and blood already.... take her rights away!!!
