please give custody of baby Andrew to his granparents. He will be loved and protected with them. His mum has not protected him. I feel if the mother gets him back Andrew will be in danger. Give him to his loving grandparents please. Dont risk his little life.

Charles and Cynthia Owens should have soul custody of Andrew, his mother is unfit and should be punnished to the fullest extent of the law
