I have been following Andrews progress since this first happened, his grandparents have never left his side. Their main concern is for Andrews safety. Charles and Cynthia have shown what true love for a child truly means. They have devoted all their time to Andrew while he has been in the hospital fighting for his life, something that never should happen, but it did and these 2 never gave up faith or hope that this precious little boy would fight hard to overcome his injuries. So in closing yes I believe whole heartedly that Andrews best interest is with Charles and Cynthia they can and will protect him and give him all the love a child could ever need and them some.

Charles and Cynthia have shown what true love for a child truly means. They have devoted all their time to Andrew while he has been in the hospital fighting for his life, something that never should happen, but it did and these 2 never gave up faith or hope that this precious little boy would fight hard to overcome his injuries.
