At the end of the day Baby Andrew should be going home with Cynthia Owens and Charles Owens they are the ones that have stood up to love him and have been there for him.

That baby needs to b with its grandparents if not its gonna end up dead ! I if someone touched my kids I wouldn't b by there side I would b where my heart belongs with my kids. that mothers heart is not with her kid. so sad & such a shame she probably had somthing to do with it too.

I think we should all asking why the abuser only had a $5000 bond when across the state line in NC an abuser with same exact charge was given $750,000 bond. Praying for Andrew

Baby Andrew is making great progress with the help of Dr's and Nurse's. But the main people who have helped the most are his Grandparents. They have been there since they found out, giving him love and talking to him. It's voices he recognizes and with there complete devotion I gladly sign this. We all love Baby Andrew he has become part of our lives. So happy he's getting better everyday. Prayers for all of you!

Baby Andrew is making great progress with the help of Dr's and Nurse's. But the main people who have helped the most are his Grandparents. They have been there since they found out, giving him love and talking to him. It's voices he recognizes and with there complete devotion I gladly sign this. Andrew deserves the love and care that his grandparents have given him. his Biological mother has shown she does not love or care for Andrew. she should also be given no visitation.

i feel that Andrew needs to be with his material grandparents who have been by his side from day one he needs to be where he'll get the love and nurture he needs by the two that love him so which is grandparents God bless Andrew and let him make a speedy recovery
