Andrew needs to go with his Grandparents. Mothers showed how much she cares about him which isn't much. Grandparents been there since day dot of Andrew being in hospital.

this little boy needs to be placed in a safe, loving, snd stable environment with Cynthia and Charles Owens who have been by his side every day since day 1. if this baby is placed back with his mother, there would be no one to look out for him and prevent this from happening again, and god forbid it did, he may not make it. please grant custody to the Owens'.
