Without a doubt a mother who stands by the man who nearly killed her 5 week old infant & plans to marry the abuser, should not be permitted to have any form of custody of this innocent child. She should only be permitted supervised visits. Full physical custody should be granted to the grandparents Cynthia Owens & Charles Owens. They have been with him since the moment they were informed of his possibly fatal injuries. Thanks to God this child has been spared, but while he seems to be improving, there's no telling what his injuries may cause as he matures. He should NEVER be allowed anywhere near his alleged abuser Austin Griffitt.
