what shame that his own mother doesn't care enough for her sweet baby . I know she's young and had a lot of learning to do but not at the baby's sake . The ONLY safe place for baby Andrew is with his grandparents

Please give Baby Andrews grandparents custody. His momma doesn't really see him and she's still with the abuser. Andrew doesn't need to be in that environment.
