The well being of Andrew is what is important now....it is obvious the legal system places little value on him due to the fact that the monsyer who did this is out on the streets and his mother ( using the term loosly)Is out free as well.....she should be held responsible right along with the perpetrator...we are supposed to protect our children at all cost !!

these grandparents have been there with this baby!! I have followed since it has happened and the mother obviously cares more about the boyfriends feelings then her child that is laying in the hospital hanging on to life! Unbelievable who think they are parents! Do the right thing let the grandparents take custody!!
