Please give custody to Grandma and Grandpa. They have been there for this baby and he deserves NOTHING less!! It should be obvious to all involved that this baby needs to be placed with his grandparents!!

Baby Andrew needs to be with his Grandparents, Cynthia and Charles Owens. His birth mother, Savannah Marie Porter, does not accept the facts in this case and refuses to put the welfare and safety of Andrew first. Children need to be safe and feel safe and loved.!
