This baby deserves a clean, loving, safe and knowledgeable set of people to care for him. he needs those who understand his needs and cater to them, as parents would. His grandparents have been just that, and more!! He needs to be with them and they need to be with him. The accused surely doesn't need any rights to him and if his mother is still with him or in smy way associated with him she doesn't deserve him either! I am a mother of two precious baby girls and I dont understand how any mother in her right mind could possibly still associate herself with someone who hurt one's baby. I personally think she needs a mental evaluation. Charles and Cynthia Owens are the real parents in Andrew's life! Custody needs to be granted to them!
