Baby Andrews grandparents Charles & Cynthia need to be Andrews legal guardians. They have been his voice since that sad day. Savannah has only seen him 4 times in almost a month. Papa n Nana have been there everyday, day in, day out. If Savannah put Andrew in harms way once, no telling what might happen if Andrew is back in her care. Sweet, precious baby Andrew needs ti be in the safe and loving arms of Cynthia & Charles Owens.... My thoughts & prayers are with the Owens ❤
