Baby Andrew belongs with those that will love him,have his best interest at heart,protect him and care for him. Those people are his grandparents who have proven their love and dedication. The bio mom is proving where her heart stands and it is not with her innocent baby who was brutally attacked by her boyfriend. I don't even want to get started about the man who did this to a sweet and innocent baby. However a huge disservice was done when the one who harmed Andrew is not being punished. I hope Andrew is finally cared enough about to be placed with his grandparents.

Andrew has known nothing but hatred and indifference for the first 7 weeks of his life. Since then he has nothing short of and undying love and tenderness. Please give Charles and Cynthia Owens full custody of this little boy with no visitation rights for the mom. If she gets him back, the next time they may just dump him somewhere beaten to death and they could just disappear. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
