Andrew needs to be with the Owens,his grandparents,the only people who truely love him. What is wrong with that birth mother ??? To put Andrew back with her is a death warrent.!!!!! Andrew is in my prayer,as is the Owens.!!!

his grandparents have been there since day one and are helping him with his miracle recovery. giving that precious baby back to his mother would be a terrible mistake!!! his grandparents will obviously love support and be there for him way more than her. they deserve the full rights!!!
