Please don't give this innocent baby back to a parent who allowed this to happen in the first place and stands by the "man" who hurt this innocent child. Give custody to his Grandparents that have been there and will keep him say. Mom needs a reality check and serious classes and help.

He needs to be in a safe, healthy and happy environment. Only his grandparents can guarantee that. We can't allow for him to be returned to his so called mother who doesnt seem to care abput him. How many children have died after returning them to an unsafe place cause the CPS thought it was the right thing to do?! Andrew should not be one of those innocent children who left this world too soon cause the system has failed them. He needs to stay safe!!! We all need to be the voice of these innocent babies!!!
