There is no more suitable home for any child than the one with people who would give their lives for the child to never experiebce pain again. The mother is still with the MONSTER who caused permanent lifelong damage. One cannot have both their child and the evil that can do such a thing to such a helpless child. Ypu must grant Andrew the opportunity to grow up safe and loved.

The grandparents have been by his side day & night , if it weren't for them then I don't know where baby andrew would be right now , this is his safe place with them & not his mother if she can stand by a monster that did this to her own baby I would be scared of what could happen under her care , she is not fit ...
