Andrew needs to be in the custody & care of his loving grandparents, Cynthia & Charles Owens. They have been there fighting with Andrew since they found out the horrible news. They have been loving this lil guy back to health. When the Drs gave them no hope, they stood by Andrew's bed day & night. He needs to be where he is safe & loved & that's with his nanny & papa, Cynthia & Charles Owens.

They have been loving this lil guy back to health. When the Drs gave them no hope, they stood by Andrew's bed day & night. He needs to be where he is safe & loved & that's with his nanny & papa, Cynthia & Charles Owens.

Andrew needs Nanny and Papa, His momma has ALOT of growing up to do and had NO business having a baby in the first place. Bless you Nanny and Papa There is a special place in heaven for people like you. And a special place in HELL for the abusers.

Andrew needs to be in the custody of his grandparents. He faced death once by being with his mother. This child deserve a chance at life and to not have to worry about having his life cut short by being in the wrong hands. do what is right for Andrew
