the grandparents need to have custody. the Mom is supporting the abuser and has only visited 4 times to hospital.

If she allowed her boyfriend to do this once, the next time Andrew might not be so lucky. Andrew needs to be in the sole custody of his grandparents! No visitation whatsoever from even Savannah! He should have the chance to have as much of a normal life as he possibly can, which would be with his grandparents. Let Andrew have a SAFE life, away from anyone, (including his mother) that would abuse him!
