Baby Andrew should be in a safe environment with his Nana and Papa. This is obvious especially if the mother is not putting her own baby 1st.

baby Andrew should be going home with grand parents that love him and will care for him they have been there from day one and in NO WAY should baby Andrew go home with the mother when she km choosing to stay with the abuser

May this precious angel remain safe and in loving arms. Please do not allow history to repeat itself. We have a responsibility greater than the law to serve the best interests of this child. No child should ever have to experience this pain and there shouldn't even be a ounce of thought allowing the child back to the Mother that allowed her child to be susceptible to this. If not the grandparents, then allow a loving family to adopt…just keep this child out of harms way.

May this precious angel remain safe and in loving arms. Please do not allow history to repeat itself. We have a responsibility greater than the law to serve the best interests of this child. No child should ever have to experience this pain and there shouldn't even be a ounce of thought allowing the child back to the Mother that allowed her child to be susceptible to this. If not the grandparents, then allow a loving family to adopt…just keep this child out of harms way.

I ask that you please give the Owens custody of this child. i am a grandparent and worry daily about my granddaughter as her parents are not on the right path. Baby Andrew should be the first priority here and he needs to be safe and LOVED daily. Prayers for Andrew and his family.
