This mother should not have full custody. Supervised visits maybe but she did this to him Nd should be struggle bf and hurting like this poor baby boy

i believe its in the best interest of baby andrew to remain in the custody of his grand parents Charles and Cynthia Owens. His mother clearly dont care for him.
