No baby should go back to an abusive or negligent environment. How many babies and children have to die before the state(s) step in and put some laws in place for these babies. Shame on the parents who are in these types of relationships. You have willing family who want to raise this baby, grant the custody or next time he may not be so lucky.

I have just recently started following this case and do believe that it is in Andrews best interest for his moms rights to be terminated and full custody granted to the Owens'

Grandparents need to have custody since they have been there from day one and mom's rights need to be cut since she doesnt care about "that child" and isnt willing to puy her life on the line for her baby.
