His Nanny and Papa deserve custody! They have not left little Andrew's side, and have been there for every battle he's overcome and held his hand to comfort him during times of pain. He deserves the love and care they are able to sufficiently provide.

Andrew needs to be placed with his grandparents. They have been there sing day one. Because his mother is still with the accused abuser, she is technically still endangering his life. Her rights should be terminated and all rights go to the grandparents. Charles and Cynthia have been doing all they can for this child. I applaud them. Job well done. Keep doing what you're doing.
