Andrew needs to be with those who love him and have been with him since the beginning, his grandparents. They have hugged him, held him and comforted him through all of this. The grandparents will give Andrew a safe environment in which to thrive and grow and he will have the love of not only the grandparents but others who have stood by Grandma Cynthia and Grandpa Charles.

YES this sweet boy should be with his grandparents who have been by his side since this happened. If the baby's mother is going to stay woith the abuser then NO WAY should she have custody!!
