Mr & Mrs Owens are the responsible ones who will look out for the care and best of well- being in regards to Bany Andrew. I believe they are the best fit parents for Andrew DNS he will not be put back in harms way if Mr & Mrs Owens gain full custody if baby Andrew. Thank YOU for your time & consideration in the matter

Mr & Mrs Owens are the responsible ones who will look out for the care and best of well- being in regards to Bany Andrew. I believe they are the best fit parents for Andrew DNS he will not be put back in harms way if Mr & Mrs Owens gain full custody if baby Andrew. Thank YOU for your time & consideration in the matter
